Hello Friends! I just wanted to pop in and do a quick post on this very busy day.
I wanted to send out a HUGE thank you to all of you! I must receive the sweetest comments in blogland! :) I try so hard to get back to everybody but sometimes time (and a small child) do not permit me, so I wanted to just say a simple "Thank you" from my heart, I truly appreciate and cherish you.
I started blogging as a place to put some of my thoughts down. A place to keep a running list of musings in my head. I never could have imagined that I would meet some of the finest, most warm hearted, eloquent, funny, and talented people. I never really intended for or thought that anybody would read anything I posted, however, I am so happy that I started doing this because I found a great place for some "me" time and I have met you! I find inspiration from you everyday and have grown because of this. I think it is very fitting to say that you enrich my life.
I have had a lot of new people commenting and visiting, a lot of people from all over the world dropping in, & a lot of tried and true friends that I continue to grow with, and I have to say thank you to all of you! You make my day...everyday!
So with that being said, I'm off to race against the day and try to fit more hours into it than humanly possible. I promise to get back to posting some more Frenchified posts! Lately, I start to write about Paris or some other fabulously French topic and I get a pang in my heart! How I would love to be in Paris, or Versailles, or Provence, or Nice, or...well, you get the picture!

Okay Friends, I have a question. This maybe one of the worst blogging questions ever, but I have to know!
When people leave me comment (and thank you for that, I love your comments, I think I have met some of the most amazing people through this blog) do I...
A.) Go to their site and leave a Thank you comment (I often do this & it leads me to wonderful places).
B.) Leave a Thank you response on my own comments beneath the one they left for me (I tried this but don't know if people come back to read them).
or
C.) Go to their blog and leave a comment in return (not necessarily a thank you comment).
I'm so confused I've seen all these options done. Is there a correct "blog" appropriate way to do this?
And to all of you thinking, "how did this girl figure out how to turn on her computer"...I'm sorry, I am ignorant on this issue! Hey this blog is still new to me!

Laduree...YummyHello all! I just discovered this fun little site through Fifi Flowers Design Decor (her site is fantastic!) & in effort to meet new people & find even more inspiration (is that possible) I am joining forces! I hope you enjoy, their site is a lot of fun!

1~ I have a little dog named Daisy & she is my sunshine! I treat her like my own child & my husband gets jealous!
2~ I have an outrageous number of shoes! The higher the better! I love a beautiful shoe.
3~ I do not cook well, I'm so embarrassed but I am an awful cook, I will do ANYTHING to get out of it.
4~ I am an avid reader, I'll read anything, anywhere.
5~ I am new to blogging & I so desperately want to have a beautiful site like so many others I have been reading, the amount of beauty & people who appreciate it and are so eager to share is incredible! I am so excited.
6~ My Mom taught to love all things French, she was an interior designer & my best friend in the entire world, every blog I post reminds me of her.
